Born Thembi Molaba in a South African small town known as 'Harrismith', Drawn to the humanities from a young age, writing poetry and painting. In university, Thembi discovered rap and was enthralled, had the honour of working with Kanif Sebright, Shorty Skills and Alkebulan the pseudonym 'Nuhtkayz' was born, after years of trying to find her space doing open mic nights and struggling to put a full body of work together.
Thembi abandoned creativity to focus on healing. After training as a Tarot Therapist, Root worker and alignment coach - Thembi returned back into the creative spaces as 'BrujaT' newly transformed and revived. The vision is to create musical and written pieces that live, breathe and have a pulse of their own - music with vitality!
